Do my clients need an account to pay?
No. They open the invoice link you send and tap Pay Now, which takes them to your payment link. No login, no app.
How fast do I get paid?
Vault never holds your money. Clients pay through the payment link you add. Payment timing depends on your provider and its payout schedule.
What does it cost to take payments?
Vault adds nothing to your payments. Your payment provider’s normal fee applies. Vault is $0 on Free, $19/month on Pro, or $49/month on Business.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your account moves to Free after your paid period ends. Your data stays in your account, and you can download invoice history as CSV from Billing. Client CSV export is not available.
What happens after the trial?
After 14 days you move to the Free plan automatically. No charge, nothing to cancel. Free includes 3 invoices and 3 quotes a month and 2 active clients. Upgrade anytime.
Can I use it from my phone?
Yes. Vault works in your phone’s browser, so you can write a quote, send an invoice and see who’s paid between jobs. Nothing to install.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing whenever you want. No contracts. You keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free.
